Lucy Ozanne- Clinic Director
Lucy is the clinic director of Thrive Wellness Center and Dr. Ozanne’s fun-loving wife! She was born and raised in Malvern, AR. She has a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, loves interior design, painting, birding and gardening. She has a love for travel but also loves the feeling of a small town and familiar faces. She currently spends a lot of time having fun at home with their young children, Stella and Birdie, but also assists with community outreach at Thrive. She loves creating partnerships and connecting with people in the community. Being diagnosed with scoliosis at the age of 12, she has personally benefitted from chiropractic care and is so grateful to be a part of sharing chiropractic with the Northwest Arkansas community.
Arielle Sosebee- Practice Manager
Born and raised in Northwest Arkansas, Arielle loves the area and the outdoor adventures it has to offer. She loves to kayak and camp in the summer and read and quilt in the winter. She enjoys making (not always successfully) new recipes for her husband. Arielle also loves to travel! She hopes her next traveling adventure will be to hike and camp in the Grand Canyon. Because she experiences the benefits of eating healthy, working out and chiropractic care, she makes them a priority in her life.
Laura Manamon- Clinic Manager
Laura and her husband Scott relocated from their native Cape Cod, MA to Northwest Arkansas in 2016 with The United States Air Force. In addition to her Boston accent, she brings with her over 30 years of clinical medical office administration and management experience, with a strong focus on patient advocacy, education and wellness. Very active in volunteerism, she has participated in and helped to organize events across the Greater Boston area, including the medical team for the renowned Cape Cod Baseball League, the medical triage team for the 10,000+ runners of the world famous Falmouth Road Race, and HOPE Worldwide community events.
Having raised three incredible, talented children, she and her husband are passionate about family ministry and are very active in The Heartland Church children’s ministry, mentoring preteen and young teens and their families. In addition, they are active with CASA of Northwest Arkansas.
A lifelong migraine sufferer, Laura feels truly blessed to be a part of the Thrive team and has seen the benefits of chiropractic care in her life. “I spent most of my life missing out, I missed work, I missed time spent with my children, I missed opportunities, but Dr. Ben put me on a therapeutic plan to not only help migraines when they hit, but has practically eliminated them altogether! In addition, I’ve noticed a drastic overall improvement in my health~~I rarely get sick and have more energy to enjoy my life. It’s so exciting to be part of a team that is helping to achieve miracles in peoples lives.” No longer debilitated by the pain and limitations of a life with migraines, she is enjoying life to the fullest: traveling~~usually to visit her children and granddaughter or to decompress by the ocean, cruising, camping, hiking, entertaining, reading, watching the Sox and the Patriots and her part time job, working for Live Nation as a VIP tour rep assistant, and enjoys all the live music she gets to dance to in the process.
Jess Smiley- Community Outreach Coordinator
At Thrive, Jess is able to connect her love of body therapies with her passion for community. She contributes a unique background in health and wellness with a positive, down to earth disposition. Raised in a small town in Oklahoma, Jess had an overwhelming desire to broaden her horizons. She moved to California shortly after high school, where she studied yoga and massage therapy. After experiencing the benefits in her own life, she knew it was something she wanted to share with others.
She traveled to Thailand and obtained certifications in Thai Yoga Massage and Reflexology. This changed the way Jess approached body work, and highlighted the importance of movement and stretching. She went on to receive her 200 hour yoga teacher certification at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat in the Bahamas. Craving to deepen her knowledge, Jess moved to Arkansas, where she studied Kinesiology at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and advanced yogic studies at Circle Yoga Shala in Jasper. She fell in love with the natural state, and decided to put down roots. “Receiving consistent chiropractic care is an important part of my overall wellness routine. Not only does it help to improve my posture and alignment in a way yoga alone was unable to achieve, it also enhances the function of my nervous system! I’ve noticed that since working with Dr. Ozanne, I rarely get sick, I’m in a better mood, and I have a greater awareness of my body. It’s so exciting to experience these benefits, and to share in the successes of our patients as we work together towards better health.” She spends her free time dancing to live music and enjoying the beautiful natural surroundings.

These passions were fueled by her own health complications, such as scoliosis. Chiropractic care at Thrive has given her amazing results with joint pain, range of motion, and posture! When she’s not relaxing/exercising out in Nature you can find her gardening, cooking, and making art. Alex greatly enjoys sharing knowledge to empower patients to become their best self!
