There’s a saying among marketing people: “If I can confuse you, then you have to pay me to un-confuse you.” This statement can’t ring truer than with weight loss, nutrition, and perhaps the most confusing mystery of them all – abs. Whether it’s Sasquatch, the White Whale, “Nessy,” or Crop Circles – no mystery in the new millennium is more evasive than the 6 pack.
People think that the rarest, most valuable possession in the world you can possess when you grow up is something like a Maserati, a 5 carat diamond, or a 20,000 square foot mansion. Yet, a whole lot of people have those. What hardly anyone owns when they get past 30 is a set of abs.
I love the Peyton Manning Prie-less Pep Talk about abs. Peyton says, “Bummed about that gut? Wish you had rock hard abs? I’ve got to be honest – unless you’re 23 or a professional football player – it’s probably not going to happen. If I were you – I’d just buy some bigger shirts.”

DON’T BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT, BOOK, OR MEMBERSHIP THAT GUARANTEES ABS UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND SOME IMPORTANT PRINCIPLES.
The truth is, it’s really a no-brainer for people 40 and under to get ripped (without being a professional football player). Of course, if you’re really deep in the hole, you’d have to stay the course –but it’s actually not confusing. It’s really quite simple. On the other hand – it’s completely impossible, no matter what machine or video you buy to get ripped or achieve the Holy Grail of actual “Abs” without these important principles.
THE 4 PRINCIPLES OF ABS
PRINCIPLE #1: THE INFLAMMATORY SET: Bad fats, artificial sweeteners, additives, colorings, sugars, refined grains, and a diet that consists largely of even whole grains or natural sugars all cause inflammation and fat storage. Do all of the Magic ab machine sets and follow all the fad diets you want but like Peyton says, “It’s probably not going to happen.”
PRINCIPLE #2: IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT THE DIET!: Obviously – physiology plays a huge role. We all know the people that eat what they want – and they’re still ripped. DON’T YOU HATE THOSE PEOPLE! The truth is, most of them, if they keep eating that way, get fat. The reason – at one point their physiology worked in their favor and so they stayed lean no matter the diet. Eventually, that type of diet and potentially aggravated by a sedentary lifestyle changed their “ripped” physiology to a “fat” one. Good physiology is when good hormones are working for you and not against you. With the wrong physiology, you are become a fat storing machine. Not only will many exercise or diet plans not help – they will even further support bad hormone function.
PRINCIPLE #3: TOXINS: Toxins bind to fats and can make it virtually impossible to lose those fats —- and also difficult to detoxify those toxins.
PRINCIPLE #4: STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION: Neurological issues will effect gland function and make it more difficult to kick the necessary physiology into gear to get you the body, the energy, and the health you want
These are literally laws. Follow them and it’s a no brainer. It’s not confusing and it works no matter where you are right now. We’ve seen it too many times with 100s of thousands of people with all kinds of genetics and in every conceivable situation that if you break the law – sooner or later you’re in trouble. If you go back to the law, it’s simple – sooner or later you’re back in shape.
